Keeping Our Community Safe
Staying Safe While Exploring
Churton Park is a wonderful place to explore, but it’s important to stay aware of where it’s safe to go — and where it’s not.
Some areas may look like walking tracks or open spaces but are actually private property or active work sites.
Please take note of the following to keep yourself, your family, and your pets safe.
Private Land – No Public Access
There are two working farms within the Churton Park area. While they may appear open or accessible, both are privately owned and are strictly off-limits to the public. These are operational farms, and entry is restricted to authorised personnel only. This is essential for the safety of both visitors and the farm animals, and to allow farm operations to continue without disruption.
Please respect all signage and boundaries. Anyone found trespassing on these properties will be reported to the authorities.

Construction and Development Sites
Churton Park is a growing suburb, and you may see new sections being developed. All construction areas and building sites are strictly out of bounds.
For your own safety, please do not enter any sections under development at any time. These sites are managed by the developer, Stebbings Farmlands Limited, and only authorised personnel may access them.
If in doubt, stick to designated tracks, paths, and public reserves — and always obey signage. Thanks for helping keep Churton Park safe for everyone.
Plenty of Places to Explore
While some areas are off-limits for safety and privacy reasons, Churton Park still offers plenty of beautiful reserves, walking tracks, and green spaces for you and your family to enjoy.
