Exciting news! Stage 2 is now available, featuring 16 new sections along Rochdale Drive and Crompton Avenue. Next up is Stage 3B, with 15 more sections coming soon on Crompton Avenue.

Russell Properties Ltd is currently designing new single-level homes for Crompton Avenue and Rochdale Drive (right next to the new playground).

Grenada, Hunters Hill
Looking ahead, 21 new sections are in progress on Barbados Place and Hagley Gap Road—two quiet cul-de-sacs off Trelawny Terrace. Construction is expected to wrap up by August 2025.
