Welcome to Churton Park Info. This site is designed to keep you informed about the many exciting developments taking place in one of Wellington's fastest growing, and most desirable suburbs.
Plus you will find current information and updates on the sub-division activities and the latest section releases.
There is a lot going on in this new community, and through this website, you can keep up to date with what is happening.
CHURTON PARK WALKING AREAS
There are two working farms in our local community:
1. Churton Park Farm - access via the gate at the end of Melksham Drive, two other gates which access the farm which are clearly signed as "NO ACCESS" and the area is shown on the attached map
2. Lincolnshire Farm - access via the gate at the end of Grenada Drive and area shown on the attached map
This land is privately owned, both are working farms and as such cannot be accessed by the general public.
Whilst we appreciate the desire to explore new places during the nationwide lockdown, for Health and Safety reasons the farm land cannot be used by the general public for walking, running or mountain biking.
It is to be accessed by authorised personnel only. This is for the safety of those authorised to be on the farm and the stock. Anyone found on the farms who is not supposed to be there will be reported to the authorities.
